Sixteen companies posted sales jobs on X between October 16 and 23, 2026. The biggest ask came from Pump, which wants 20 account executives at up to $410,000 OTE. Whop, Tavus, Sim and Uare.ai are adding AEs, BDRs and SDRs too. Most of these posts came from founders and sales leaders who asked for a direct message.

A post on X never shows up in a LinkedIn job search, so many sales reps miss these. We opened every post and checked each company's website and careers page. Where a recruiter or investor kept the company private, we say so.

  • The company: The post did not name it. Aaru, an AI simulation company backed by Felicis, names those same customers and partners on its homepage. Its own New York AE listing shows $300,000 to $400,000 with equity and asks for 5 to 7 years of experience.
  • How to apply: Aaru's careers page lists Account Executive, NYC and Account Executive, West in San Francisco. Astasia also asked for a DM with your LinkedIn or resume.

A cybersecurity and privacy company: founding AE, remote

  • The company: Not named.
  • How to apply: Through the agency's website or its post on X (linked above).

How to use this list

  1. Send a short DM. Most of these posters asked for one. Name the role, your quota record and one deal that fits their market.
  2. Apply on the careers page too. Where a company lists the role, a DM plus an application beats either alone.
  3. Ask recruiters for the company name. Before you send a resume, ask who the client is, so you can research it and avoid duplicate submissions.
