These Terms of Service govern your use of Account Executive Jobs, available at accountexecutivejobs.com. By using the site, creating an account, posting a job, applying to a job, or contacting us through the site, you agree to these terms.
What the service does
Account Executive Jobs is a niche job board for account executive and sales roles. The site may include public job listings, external apply links, internal applications, candidate dashboard features, employer dashboard features, job alerts, support forms, and paid employer posting features.
Accounts
You are responsible for keeping your account information accurate and secure. Clerk handles authentication for the site. You are responsible for activity under your account unless the activity was caused by our security failure.
You may not create an account using false information, impersonate another person or company, or use the site in a way that harms candidates, employers, or the service.
Candidates
Candidates are responsible for the accuracy of profile, resume, application, and contact information they submit.
When you apply to an internal job, your submitted application information may be shared with the employer that posted the job. When you apply through an external link, you may leave Account Executive Jobs and submit information directly to the employer or its application system.
We do not guarantee interviews, offers, response times, hiring outcomes, job availability, or employer decisions.
Employers
Employers are responsible for the accuracy, legality, and completeness of job posts, company information, application questions, compensation details, and hiring communications.
Employers may not post jobs that are misleading, discriminatory, unlawful, spammy, abusive, or unrelated to legitimate hiring. We may review, edit, reject, pause, or remove job posts at our discretion.
Employers are responsible for how they use candidate application information. Candidate data received through the site should be used only for legitimate hiring purposes.
Job listings
Some jobs may be imported from public or third-party sources and link to an external company or ATS application page. Imported jobs are not the source of truth for the employer’s hiring process. The employer’s official posting controls final availability, requirements, and application handling.
Internally posted jobs are submitted through Account Executive Jobs employer workflows and may allow candidates to apply directly through the site.
We try to keep job information useful and current, but we do not guarantee that every job remains open, accurate, complete, or available.
Payments and billing
Paid employer features may be processed through Stripe or another payment provider. Billing terms shown at checkout or in the pricing flow apply to the selected plan or purchase.
Unless a specific written agreement says otherwise, fees are charged for access to posting or employer features, not for a guaranteed hiring result.

Acceptable use
You agree not to:
- Scrape, copy, or republish site content at scale without permission.
- Attempt to access dashboards, applications, resumes, employer data, or private areas that do not belong to you.
- Upload malware or interfere with the site.
- Submit false candidate, employer, company, or job information.
- Use the site for scams, phishing, spam, or unlawful hiring practices.
- Abuse contact forms, email alerts, application flows, or support channels.
Content and intellectual property
The site, design, copy, code, branding, and original content are owned by Account Executive Jobs or its licensors. You may not copy or reuse them except as allowed by law or with permission.
Employers and candidates keep responsibility for content they submit. By submitting content to the site, you give us permission to use it as needed to operate, display, moderate, distribute, and improve the service.
Privacy
Our Privacy Policy explains how we collect, use, store, share, and delete information. By using the site, you agree to the Privacy Policy.
Service changes
We may change, pause, remove, or discontinue parts of the service at any time. We may also update these terms as the product changes. The updated version will be posted on this page with a new date.
Disclaimers
The service is provided as is and as available. We do not guarantee uninterrupted availability, search rankings, indexing, applications, interviews, hires, or job outcomes.
Limitation of liability
To the fullest extent allowed by law, Account Executive Jobs will not be liable for indirect, incidental, special, consequential, exemplary, or punitive damages, or for lost profits, lost revenue, lost data, lost opportunities, or hiring outcomes.
