Summary The Account Executive exists to execute the market sales strategy. They play a vital role in both generating and closing opportunities, working closely with the Sales Director to accomplish market sales goals. They must have a strong desire to see Booster's impact grow through a successful sales strategy. Preferred Skills Excellent Communicator Strategic Thinking Financial Acumen Self Starter Adaptability Core Responsibilities Sales Pipeline Owner — Own sales opportunities from discovery to closure, ensuring a high close rate. Deliver Sales Presentations — Execute discovery calls, sales meetings, and all web lead follow-up. Provide a premium sales experience to potential school partners at every stage of the sales funnel. Prospecting — Own the strategy and execution of outbound prospecting in partnership with the Sales Director to generate qualified pipeline. Identify and engage high-potential prospects through targeted outreach (email, phone, social, in-market activity). Ensure consistent follow-up and maintain accurate CRM tracking. Market Knowledge — Collaborate with the Sales Director to stay informed about market competition, industry trends, and product differentials. Develop and maintain knowledge of competitor products and market landscape. Assist Sales Forecasting and Growth Strategies — Work with the Sales Director to produce short-term and long-term growth strategies. Generate recommendation letters endorsing Booster's products/services. Maintain up-to-date records and activity in the CRM system.
