Learn how employer posting, pricing, billing questions, and job post review work on Account Executive Jobs.

Employer posting

Employers can choose 1, 3, or 5 reusable monthly job slots on the pricing page. A live job or job under review occupies one slot. Closing a job makes that slot available for another role immediately.

Slots are subscription capacity, not prepaid credits. They do not accumulate or carry over to a later billing period.

Employer-posted jobs may be saved as pending drafts or reviewed before publication. This helps keep public job pages useful, accurate, and relevant to the job board.

Billing questions

For billing help, email support@accountexecutivejobs.com.

Include:

  • Your account email
  • Company name
  • Plan or job post involved
  • Receipt or checkout details if available
  • A short description of the issue

Invoices and receipts

If billing features are available in your employer account, use the employer dashboard to review billing details. If you cannot find what you need, contact support.

No payouts

Account Executive Jobs is a job board. It does not issue candidate or employer payouts.
