Hiring: Sales & Marketing Representative (SMR)
 SERVPRO of Highland Park | Highland Park, CA

Employment Type: Full-Time, In-Person
Base Salary: $45,000–$55,000 per year, depending on experience, plus commission and performance bonuses.
Total Earnings: Potential to earn over $100,000 annually, including base salary, commissions and bonuses.  Actual earnings will be vary based on individual performance!

About the Position: Servpro of Highland Park is looking for a motivated, outgoing, and relationship-driven Sales & Marketing Representative to help grow our business.

Responsibilities:

• Build relationships with insurance agents, adjusters, property managers, plumbers, contractors, and other referral partners.
• Generate new residential and commercial business.
• Make daily sales calls and in-person visits.
• Attend networking events and community functions.
• Promote SERVPRO's water, fire, mold, and storm damage restoration services.
• Track sales activities and customer relationships.
• Meet monthly sales goals.
• Work with our operations team to ensure excellent customer service.

Qualifications:

• Sales or marketing experience in the water and fire restoration industry is REQUIRED.
• 3-5 years marketing experience in restoration industry is required.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Self-motivated with a positive attitude.
• Professional appearance and strong relationship-building skills.
