Keep sellers informed through clear, calm, proactive phone communication.
Coordinate attorneys, title companies, buyers, sellers, local agents, notaries, and the Prestonwood team.
Identify and resolve title defects, liens, probate issues, access problems, surveys, legal descriptions, deed questions, and closing delays.
Review contracts, title work, assignments, settlement statements, closing documents, and file records for accuracy.
Maintain a precise next action, responsible person, and deadline for every file.
Escalate risks early with a recommended solution.
Confirm closing, funding, document completion, and final reconciliation.
Required qualifications
You have personally sold, negotiated, or managed real estate transactions through closing and can provide verifiable examples.
You communicate in clear professional English by phone and in writing. Accent is not evaluated.
You can make Prestonwood your primary professional commitment and work normal Central Time business hours.
You are comfortable making difficult seller calls and taking ownership without reminders.
You can manage many active files without losing details or deadlines.
An active real estate license is strongly preferred. Strong recent real estate sales and closing experience can qualify even without a current license.
Compensation
This is a commission only role. Compensation is 10 percent of net wholesale revenue actually received by Prestonwood Properties on assigned closings. There is no base salary, draw, or guaranteed income. A transaction that does not close produces no commission. Deal volume and income vary.

Remote within the United States. Full time Central Time business hour coverage is required. Primary file ownership is North Carolina. North Carolina residence is not required.
Application
Complete the required application at https://forms.gle/kHToJWnnTa9AHakRA. The application requires transaction evidence, license history, a seller voice response, an ethics scenario, current commitments, and two professional references. Incomplete or generic applications will not advance.
